Recognizing that a growing number of people in our community are turning to the internet for important information, John Carroll launched a new, interactive website for his campaign for County Commissioner. This site features Carroll’s top issues, experience and background, upcoming campaign events, and all the latest news about the campaign.

John Carroll stressed the importance of internet tools beyond just the campaign season, saying, “The internet is an important tool for keeping the public informed and holding our elected government officials accountable. As a County Commissioner, I intend to maximize the use of our county websites to benefit the citizens of Buncombe County.”

6 Candidates campaigned for 4 open County Commissioner seats in the Republican primary. John Carroll took in the second highest number of votes, which means he will continue on in his campaign for the general election. John is very appreciative of the support he received from the community.

Congratulations also to Joe Dunn, Don Yelton, and Ron McKee, who will also be campaigning for an available seat on the County Commission!
